5. Trial Period and Subscription

5.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial of the Starter plan. The trial includes access to Starter plan features (5 groups, 10 keywords, 500 contacts scraped). No credit card is required to start the trial.

5.2 Trial Limitations

After the 14-day trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your access to the Service will be terminated, though your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate.

5.3 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (as selected) and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and are typically not available for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the payment. Continued payment failures may result in suspension or termination of your account.
